GojoMarket Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GojoMarket.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

We process all orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing Time:

  • Ready-made products: 1–2 business days

  • Custom printing (shirts, mugs, puzzles, etc.): 2–5 business days

  • Bulk or special orders: 5–10 business days

If we expect delays, we will contact you immediately.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship through trusted carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (International)

Estimated Delivery:
  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Weight

  • Package size

  • Destination

  • Shipping method chosen at checkout

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Live delivery updates

You can follow your package at any time.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

GojoMarket is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as “Delivered” but not received

  • Delayed due to carrier issues

  • Lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

However, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If the address is wrong:

  • We cannot reship until the original package is returned (if returned)

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package

Please double-check your address before checkout.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours

  3. We will send a replacement at no cost

8. International Shipping

For international customers:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import charges are the buyer's responsibility

  • Delivery times may vary by country

  • Tracking may be limited in some regions
